Consulting / architecture / delivery

IT solutions for problems you cannot buy off the shelf.

Custom applications, system integrations and the data layer. For companies where the ERP, the database and the reports already run but do not add up.

Situations where Hardenix helps

Before we talk about services, let us recognize the signals that usually mean you need an architecture tailored to the situation.

01

Systems work in isolation

The data exists, but moving it between applications requires manual work or repeated exports.

02

Off-the-shelf software does not fit the process

The company needs a small, precise tool instead of yet another oversized system.

03

Data is there, information is missing

The ERP or other systems hold the required data, but the company needs reporting tailored to its own business questions.

04

SQL becomes a bottleneck

Database or query performance starts to affect applications and the daily work of users.

MES / .NET 8 / AI / ERP

MES system with an AI cascade

A free-text order description from the ERP is turned into production data and a realistic delivery date. A cascade of six layers combines rules, a memory of approved resolutions, a local model, and a language model invoked only conditionally.

Cost cascade: each further layer is more expensive, so it only runs for the unresolved remainder. The language model never sees the traffic the deterministic layers already resolved.

Cost grows only as a case escalates.

MICROSOFT 365 / .NET 10 / DATA PROTECTION

Evidence mail finder in Microsoft 365

Accounting needed the e-mail where the terms with a customer were agreed, and it sat in one of dozens of sales mailboxes. I built an application that points to the mailbox, date, subject and folder, and cannot show the message body because it has no permission to read it.

BUSINESS APPLICATION / INTEGRATIONS / DATA

Business intelligence and counterparty risk assessment platform

Counterparty data was scattered across registers, financial statements and paid APIs. I built a single application that combines registry and financial data, calculates indicators, shows relationships and monitors changes.

Transport document automation for ERP invoices

Files from the carrier landed in a network folder and users searched for them manually. The integration cyclically matches each document to the right invoice in the ERP, archives the file and makes it available in one click.

HX/03Areas

Three areas of collaboration

Each of them starts with understanding the problem, not with the technology.

01

Custom business applications

Tools and applications built for a specific company process, where an off-the-shelf system is too big, too generic or does not match the way the organization works.

HX/04About

I do not advise. I take responsibility.

I run every project personally, from problem analysis to a working solution. No sales layer and no handing the project over between successive people. You talk directly to the person responsible for the solution.

This means continuity of decisions, a shorter path from problem to specifics, and direct involvement wherever the project requires it.

The best fit

Hardenix works best on projects that require specific expertise, an architectural decision and accountability for the result.

  • 01
Companies that already have an ERP, a database and in-house IT
  • 02
An in-house person or team responsible for IT
  • 03
Several business systems, an ERP, databases or Microsoft 365
  • 04
A project that requires an application, an integration or a data-driven solution
  • 05
A goal that needs a solution, not more hours of general support
  • 06
Out of scope: hardware service, day to day user support, brochure websites and online stores
HX/06FAQ

Questions and answers

The most common questions about the scope and form of collaboration.

01

What does Hardenix do?

Three areas: custom business applications built for a specific company process, integrations and automation of data flow between systems (including Microsoft 365), and the data area: SQL Server, the data layer and Power BI reporting. Where justified, solutions use AI and machine learning components, such as the AI cascade in the MES system.

02

What companies is Hardenix the best fit for?

Companies that already have an ERP, a database and their own person or team responsible for IT, plus a project that requires an application, an integration or a data-driven solution. Out of scope: hardware service, day to day user support, brochure websites and online stores.

03

How does the collaboration start?

By describing the situation: jointly defining the problem, the constraints, and whether Hardenix is the right partner to solve it. The starting point is the problem, not the technology.

04

Who runs the project?

Łukasz Bandurski personally, from problem analysis to architecture and delivery. Hardenix is a registered one-person business: no sales layer and no handing the project over between successive people.

05

What technologies does Hardenix work with?

Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, Comarch ERP XL, Microsoft 365, API integrations, and applications in C# and the .NET ecosystem. Competences are matched to the problem, not the other way around.

06

Is the source code handed over?

Yes, for software projects a full source code handover is possible. The scope of the handover and of the rights is defined in the contract and reflected in the project pricing.

07

Does Hardenix maintain the delivered solutions?

Yes, but this means maintaining and developing solutions I built myself: architecture, implementation, deployment, maintenance, iterative development. The scope depends on the contract and the project budget. It is not day to day user support or hardware service.

08

Are there examples of delivered projects?

Yes, the site describes case studies including an MES system with an AI cascade, a counterparty risk assessment platform and automations around ERP. The descriptions are anonymized: no client names and no confidential data.

Do you have an IT problem no off-the-shelf tool can solve?

Describe the situation. We will start by defining the problem, the constraints, and whether Hardenix is the right partner to solve it.
